Aim of the job:To manage mill operation.
Main responsibilities and activities:- To plan, organize and control the maintenance of plants and equipment and significantly improve the plant performance
- Responsible for the deliverance of mill's KPI
- Manage and coordinate oil mill construction and engineering projects
- Develop and maintain motivated workforce and engineers for sustainable mill operations
- To review and monitor safety measures are practiced in the mill
- To ensure all authorities regulations are adhered
Requirements
Basic education and training:- Minimum degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent
Professional experience:- Possess Steam Engineer's certificate of competency
Knowledge, skills:- Good financial and budgeting skills
- Experience in mill maintenance, machinery installation and design
- Good experience in EHS standard and knowledge of ISO standards and RSPO/MSPO/ISPO
Personal qualities required, abilities:- High integrity, reliable and responsible with good time management
- Strong leadership skills with dynamic qualities and result oriented
