MIS Administrator Analyst (Data & Reporting Analyst)
About the Role
We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented MIS Administrator Analyst (Data & Reporting Analyst) to support business operations through data-driven insights, reporting automation, performance monitoring, and dashboard management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transforming operational data into actionable business intelligence, enabling stakeholders to make informed decisions and improve overall operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor operational queues and workforce performance metrics to identify trends, performance gaps, and improvement opportunities.
- Analyze and interpret large datasets to generate periodic reports and actionable business insights.
- Maintain and update organizational structures, resource mapping, and client/vendor hierarchy changes within reporting systems.
- Develop and standardize data collection processes for key operational metrics such as Call Volume, AHT, Shrinkage, Occupancy, Productivity, Service Levels, and SLA adherence.
- Design, automate, and optimize recurring MIS reports to improve reporting efficiency and reduce manual effort.
- Create and maintain interactive dashboards and scorecards using reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Excel.
- Monitor schedule adherence and support workforce planning through roster management and resource utilization analysis.
- Prepare executive-level reports and governance dashboards for weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual business reviews.
- Conduct trend analysis, forecasting, and capacity planning to support operational and strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with Operations, Workforce Management, Finance, and Leadership teams to deliver accurate and timely reporting solutions.
- Investigate data variances, perform root-cause analysis, and provide recommendations for performance improvement.
- Support billing and invoice validation activities, ensuring data accuracy and timely issue resolution.
- Ensure data integrity, governance, and compliance across all reporting processes.
- Develop ad-hoc reports and customized analyses to meet evolving business requirements.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives through data automation, process optimization, and reporting enhancements.
