About the Role
This position is a technical role responsible for end-to-end delivery across IT infrastructure and System Integration (SI) projects, covering design, implementation, operations, and support.
You will work across a wide range of technologies including networking, servers, Microsoft 365, cloud services, and cybersecurity, while supporting the stable operation of both client environments and internal systems.
The role spans technical support (L1/L2), project implementation support, onsite infrastructure deployment, and operational maintenance. Through hands-on experience, you will develop a well-rounded skill set as an IT infrastructure engineer.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Support & Operations
- Provide L1/L2 technical support covering networks, servers, Microsoft 365, cloud services, and security solutions
- Perform system monitoring, incident response, maintenance, and technical documentation
- Escalate complex technical issues to senior engineers when required
Project Delivery & Implementation
- Support deployment, configuration, testing, and commissioning of IT infrastructure and SI projects
- Assist in requirement gathering, site surveys, UAT, and post-implementation support
- Coordinate with customers, vendors, contractors, and internal stakeholders
- Lead assigned tasks, workstreams, or small projects depending on experience level
Onsite & Infrastructure Support
- Provide onsite technical support at customer locations (offices, factories, warehouses, retail outlets, etc.)
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot network and infrastructure equipment
- Support cabling, network setup, and on-site environment readiness checks
- Coordinate with ISPs, electricians, and external vendors
Network & Systems Engineering
- Configure and maintain network devices such as switches, routers, firewalls, and VPNs
- Support VLAN design, IP planning, security configuration, and backup strategies
- Contribute to building stable, scalable, and secure IT environments
Continuous Improvement & Collaboration
- Continuously develop technical skills in networking, cloud, virtualization, and cybersecurity
- Participate in internal training, proof-of-concept (POC), and R&D activities
- Maintain technical documentation and propose process improvements
- Collaborate closely with engineers, management, and clients in a professional manner
MUST TO HAVE:
-Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
-Fresh graduates with strong technical aptitude, relevant certifications, internship experience, home lab experience, or project portfolios are encouraged to apply
-Willingness to travel to client sites
