About the Role
We are looking for talented and experienced Mobile Developers (MidSenior level) to join a dedicated product development team responsible for building a next-generation superapp. The role involves designing, developing, and optimizing customer-facing mobile applications that integrate loyalty, payments, and partner mini-apps into a seamless digital ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance mobile applications using React Native or Flutter frameworks.
- Collaborate with backend engineers, UI/UX designers, and product managers to translate business requirements into functional, scalable mobile solutions.
- Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications across multiple devices and platforms (iOS and Android).
- Participate actively in sprint planning, code reviews, and continuous integration/deployment processes.
- Identify and resolve bottlenecks, bugs, and performance issues through testing, debugging, and optimization.
- Contribute to improving app architecture, coding standards, and engineering best practices.
- Work in an agile environment with bi-weekly sprint cycles and rapid MVP delivery timelines.
- Maintain proper documentation and support knowledge sharing within the team.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in developing and deploying mobile applications in a collaborative environment.
- Mid-Level: 47 years of hands-on experience in mobile development using React Native or Flutter.
- Senior-Level: 710 years of experience, with proven ability to lead complex projects, mentor developers, and make key technical decisions.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript (for React Native) or Dart (for Flutter).
- Experience with API integrations, payment gateways, and third-party SDKs.
- Familiarity with backend technologies such as Node.js or Java is an advantage.
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines, app store deployment, and monitoring tools.
- Strong problem-solving mindset, attention to detail, and focus on delivering user-centric experiences.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills in cross-functional setups.
Nice-to-Have
- Experience with superapp or modular app architecture.
- Exposure to loyalty, fintech, or e-commerce applications.
- Knowledge of cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and DevOps principles.
