We're looking for a Mobile App Security Engineer to support customers, troubleshoot technical issues, and enhance mobile security solutions in a fast-paced cybersecurity environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, chat, or other channels
- Troubleshoot and resolve software, hardware, and network-related issues
- Conduct compatibility testing and document results clearly
- Escalate complex issues to relevant teams for deeper investigation
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and resolutions
- Collaborate with customers to understand and address technical concerns
- Develop and update knowledge base articles and support documentation
- Continuously improve product reliability and customer experience based on feedback
- Stay updated on cybersecurity trends, tools, and best practices
Key Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- 4–6 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with troubleshooting across software, hardware, and networks
- Familiarity with help desk tools (e.g., Teambition)
- Knowledge of mobile development (Java, Kotlin, Swift, Flutter, React Native)
- Excellent communication skills (English required; Mandarin is an advantage)
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced team environment
- Customer-focused mindset with persistence in resolving complex issues
