Mobile Application Team Lead

The Mobile Application Team Lead will be responsible for managing and guiding the mobile application development team, ensuring successful implementation and delivery of mobile solutions. Responsibilities include overseeing the full development lifecycle, coordinating with cross-functional teams, resolving technical challenges, and ensuring adherence to quality and performance standards. The role will involve providing technical expertise in mobile application frameworks, managing project timelines, and mentoring junior team members. This is a contract, on-site role based in Penang, Malaysia.

• Comprehensive expertise in Mobile Application Development, including frameworks such as iOS, Android, and cross-platform tools
• Proficiency in Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Agile methodologies, and project management practices
• Demonstrated leadership experience in managing teams and mentoring junior developers
• Strong skills in Troubleshooting, Debugging, and Performance Optimization
• Effective communication and collaboration abilities to work with cross-functional teams
• Experience with cloud-based solutions and data integration is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
