Basic Certification Tertiary education degree qualification related to computer science/software engineer with minimum 3 years of working experience in Android mobile software or Flutter development.
Technical Proficiency Strong hands-on experience in native Android (Java/Kotlin) and Flutter/Dart mobile development frameworks.
Secure Coding & Banking Standards Knowledge of mobile security practices, data encryption, and compliance requirements for financial applications.
UI/UX Orientation Ability to design and optimize user-friendly tablet interfaces ensuring smooth onboarding workflows.
Problem-Solving & Ownership Demonstrates strong analytical skills, accountability, and the ability to resolve issues with minimal supervision.
Collaboration & Leadership Effective communicator who can work well with cross-functional teams (business, backend, QA, IT).
Job Description (JD)
Lead Development Design, develop, and maintain the tablet onboarding mobile application using native Android and Flutter.
System Integration Integrate mobile app with banking systems, APIs, and security layers for seamless data flow and compliance.
Performance & Security Ensure application meets performance benchmarks, secure authentication, and data protection standards.
Testing & Quality Assurance Conduct code reviews, write unit tests, and collaborate with QA to deliver bug-free, stable releases.
Innovation & Best Practices Keep updated with latest mobile tech trends and propose improvements for scalability and user experience
