Responsible for the design and implementation of core systems and functional modules, including but not limited to the economy system, progression system, quest system, social system, and other key gameplay systems.
Develop system structure diagrams, logical flowcharts, and numerical frameworks based on project objectives, ensuring clear system logic, reasonable data structure, and a smooth player experience.
Conduct in-depth analysis of system design and numerical structures of competing products, and propose innovative and differentiated system solutions.
Work closely with programmers, artists, client-side developers, QA, and other teams to ensure high-quality implementation of system features.
Continuously track live game data and player feedback, analyze system balance and key performance indicators, and carry out optimization accordingly.
Participate in the overall game pacing and lifecycle planning, and propose reasonable system development plans and event rhythm designs.
Job Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in game design/planning. Experience in a fully launched game project is preferred.
Familiar with the workflow of system design, with strong logical thinking and abstract modeling abilities.
Able to independently design complex system logic and make data-driven optimization decisions.
Strong communication, coordination, and documentation skills, with the ability to clearly explain design intentions.
Proficient in using Excel for numerical design and calculation. Familiar with planning tools such as XMind, Axure, and PowerPoint.
Good understanding of player psychology and game lifecycle design concepts, with in-depth knowledge of economy system balance, reward structures, and retention mechanisms.
