The main purpose of this role is to provide accurate and timely financial services to appropriate Business Unites for which the team is responsible.

Key Accountabilities
The Key Accountabilities are, but not limited to:
- Manage completion within deadlines for all monthly financial statements & reporting functions in accordance with Group processes and policies. Group reporting packages include Actuals, Tax Packs, STAT and etc.
- Ensure compliance with all Group Policies and statutory financial controls including external/internal audit and FMC requirements.
- Manage external audit, corporate taxes, GST/SST, Witholding Taxes, statistical surveys and other statutory reporting matters, including liaison with relevant external parties.
- Build and manage relationship with agencies and other SSC teams.
- Provide advisory support and guidance for any accounting & taxes matters to agencies and other SSC teams.
- Support collaboration within Groupe and agencies which include agencies integration, legal entities reduction, Post Monthend & Balance Sheet Review and etc.
- Assist management on continuous improvement projects as appropriate that may arise on an ad-hoc basis.

Ensure a sound understanding of, demonstrate commitment to & comply with all
legislation & Publicis Groupe Policies (Janus) relevant to your role & all activities
undertaken in that role.
Personal & Team Accountabilities
Actively develop and maintain strong working relationships with all Re:Sources personnel both at a interpersonal level and across all business processes within the wider business environment.
Actively maintain communication and behaviour standards that foster a culture of strong customer and service excellence both within Re:Sources and across all customer and supplier organisations.
Health and Safety
- COMPULSORY FOR AMEA and OPTIIONAL FOR OTHER COUNTRIES
- Undertake all work in a safe manner and follow all company and workplace health and safety procedures
- Identify new hazards and advise manager or workplace H&S representative/co-ordinator within 24 hours of identification.
- Report incidents and accidents to manager or workplace H&S representative/co-ordinator as soon as possible

Key Competencies
Key competencies are:
Experience/Qualifications
- 4-6 years post qualification and commercial accountant experience
- Bachelor of Accountancy or ACCA equivalent
- With GST/SST, corporate tax and audit experience
- Experience in advertising or media industry will be advantageous
Knowledge
- Knowledge of accounting standards and tax requirements.
Skills (including Technology)
- Experience in using accounting systems and reporting packages
- Experience in Hyperion reporting is preferred
- Strong working knowledge of Excel
- Experience in analysis of data and reporting compilation
- Preferably able to write & speak fluent in English and read Malay language

- Ability to provide accurate and timely financial services functions.
- Ability to work independently and provide reporting within tight monthly deadlines.
- Ability to multi-task across competing demands of internal teams, Business Units and external parties.
