Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kuala Lumpur for a Mortgage Advisor. The Mortgage Advisor will be responsible for guiding clients through the mortgage application process, assessing their financial needs, and recommending suitable mortgage products. The role will involve fostering relationships with potential clients, providing financial planning advice, and achieving sales targets through mortgage marketing initiatives. The Advisor will ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and deliver exemplary customer service throughout the client journey.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Mortgage Marketing and experience with Mortgages
• Strong understanding of Finance and Financial Planning principles
• CeMap Qualified or equivalent certification
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships effectively
• Experience in the banking or financial services sector is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field is preferred
