Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Mortgage Advisor, based in Kuala Lumpur. The Mortgage Advisor will focus on providing expert advice on mortgage products, assisting clients with financial planning, and matching clients with the appropriate financial solutions. Responsibilities include promoting mortgage services, maintaining knowledge of mortgage options, and meeting sales targets by developing and maintaining client relationships.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Mortgage Marketing and understanding of the mortgage industry
• Strong background in Finance and expertise in managing Financial Planning
• Experience and knowledge in Mortgages
• CeMap qualification or equivalent certification is required
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work under pressure
• Prior experience in the banking or financial services sector is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field is preferred
