You are likely someone who:
UrbanWave is a home upcycling programme where we purchase, transform, and resell old, subsale, landed houses in prime neighbourhoods into modern, livable homes, while striving to maintain the original features of the house.
We are seeking a passionate and driven Finance and Operations Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have an affinity for numbers, a genuine interest in sustainability and urban planning, and a knack for building relationships. You'll be responsible for ensuring that our customers obtain financing for their home purchase and assist in maintaining our internal financial processes. Everyone on the team is a project manager and this role is no different. You'll have the opportunity to manage the transformation of houses from purchase to sale and gain invaluable experience in upcycling real estate.
The successful candidate will join an energetic, multi-faceted team where everyone gets their hands dirty and is unashamedly authentic.
