The Mortgage Consultant role is a full-time hybrid position, based in Damansara with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The primary responsibilities include assisting clients with mortgage products, providing expert advice on mortgage lending options, and helping clients navigate the financing process. The Mortgage Consultant will also ensure excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, providing personalized solutions, and fostering long-term client relationships. Additionally, the role involves staying updated on industry trends and maintaining compliance with all regulations.

• Deep knowledge of the Mortgage Industry, Mortgage Lending, and Mortgages
• Strong understanding of Finance principles and mortgage-related financial products
• Proven experience in Customer Service with the ability to build and manage client relationships
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for client engagement
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment, demonstrating adaptability and self-motivation
• Attention to detail and compliance with industry regulations
• Previous experience in similar roles in the mortgage or financial sector is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is advantageous
