Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Puchong for a Mortgage Specialist. The Mortgage Specialist will focus on promoting and selling mortgage products by building and maintaining relationships with potential customers and business partners. Responsibilities include assessing client needs, ensuring smooth loan applications, providing financial consultations, and delivering excellent customer service. Candidates will be expected to meet sales targets and comply with the policies and guidelines of the bank.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of Mortgage Marketing, Mortgages, and Mortgage Lending processes
- Experience in Finance, particularly in loan structuring and financial consultations
- Demonstrated Customer Service skills with strong relationship management abilities
- Good communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Proactive, goal-driven, and able to work independently
- Minimum diploma or degree in Finance, Business or a related field
- Minimum 1 year experience in the banking or financial industry is a strong advantage
