Job Description

Job Responsibilities

* Promote Mortgage Loan products for Residential & Commercial Property financing, including Developer End-Financing Projects and Subsale cases.

* Promote refinancing solutions through Alliance One Account (AOA) to help customers consolidate their loans in one place.

* Cross-sell related banking products such as Credit Life Insurance and Credit Cards.

* Achieve monthly sales targets and productivity KPIs.

* Proactively source for new business opportunities through:

* Telesales & mobile sales activities

* Cold calling

* Property sales launches & roadshows

* Referrals and customer enquiries

* Participate in marketing visits, appointments and sales presentations related to mortgage and refinancing products.

* Ensure all application forms and supporting documents are properly completed before submission.

* Deliver excellent customer service and maintain professional sales practices.

* Handle customer enquiries and complaints promptly and efficiently.

* Ensure accurate product explanation with no misrepresentation of product features, pricing or processes

Job Requirements

* Minimum 2 years of sales experience in mortgage or related banking business.

* Experience in telesales and customer service environment with strong customer care mindset.

* Good communication and interpersonal skills.

* Basic spoken and written English.

* Strong awareness of consumer behaviour and market trends.

* Self-motivated, aggressive and target-driven personality.
