JOB SUMMARY
The Motion Graphic & Video Producer is responsible for transforming brand and campaign objectives into impactful visual stories that drive engagement, trust, and conversion.
The ideal candidate is both a hands-on creator and a strategic storyteller capable of planning, shooting, editing, and animating across multiple formats (short-form, corporate, educational, and product content).
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Strategic Ideation & Campaign Alignment
- Research and conceptualize video and motion content ideas aligned with campaign goals and audience insights (B2C & B2B).
- Collaborate with marketers and the digital marketing team to ensure message hierarchy, pacing, and visuals align with audience intent and platform best practices.
- Provide constructive creative feedback on briefs and creative reviews to improve storytelling, clarity, and brand impact for upcoming campaigns.
- Develop storyboards, scripts, and shot plans that communicate complex healthcare information clearly for the target audience.
Motion Graphics & Video Production Excellence
- Design and animate 2D motion graphics, explainer videos, and brand visuals that bring products and educational topics to life.
- Plan, shoot, and edit production videos (corporate stories, product demos, testimonials, and event coverage) with high technical and creative quality.
- Manage pre-production (shot lists, lighting, sound setup) and post-production (editing, color grading, subtitles, sound design) to deliver professional and engaging outputs.
- Optimize logo placement, visual hierarchy, and readability for all outputs, ensuring the brand remains visible and respected across platforms.
- Maintain compliance with MAB/MOH advertising guidelines, ensuring all visuals and messages adhere to healthcare industry standards.
Workflow Management and Delivery
- Manage the end-to-end production timeline, ensuring deliverables are completed on time for social media posting schedules and campaign rollouts.
- Work closely with the Creative Powerhouse designers to maintain cohesive brand visuals across static and motion assets.
- Establish efficient production workflows, asset management systems, and naming conventions for version control and easy retrieval.
- Coordinate with vendors or internal stakeholders during large-scale shoots or campaigns.
Data-Driven Optimization & Creative Leadership
- Review performance data with the Digital Marketing Team to assess video impact and identify improvement opportunities.
- Use insights to refine video structure, pacing, storytelling, and design choices for better audience retention and conversion.
- Stay updated on emerging video trends and AI tools to enhance engagement and efficiency.
- Introduce new formats or creative tests to continuously elevate brand storytelling and effectiveness.
- Upskill the internal design team through knowledge sharing regarding motion graphics, video best practices, and new tools.
- Build and maintain a video content library and reusable templates for ongoing efficiency and scalability.

- Balancing creative storytelling with strict MAB/MOH advertising and compliance requirements.
- Meeting campaign deadlines and social media posting schedules while maintaining quality and compliance.
- Handling multiple brands, campaigns, and content formats simultaneously.
- Keeping up with fast-changing video trends, AI tools, and platform algorithms (TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts).
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Knowledge
- Strong understanding of motion graphics, video production workflows, and storytelling principles.
- Familiarity with digital marketing fundamentals (awareness, engagement, conversion) and how video supports each stage.
- Knowledge of branding principles including logo visibility, message hierarchy, color use, and visual balance.
- Understanding of social and digital platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn) and their video content requirements (frames, hooks, and CTAs).
- Basic understanding of data and creative performance metrics (CTR, watch time, engagement) to guide optimization.
Skills
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop (or equivalent).
- Design & Brand Sensitivity: Strong eye for composition, typography, motion rhythm, and brand protection (logo usage, readability, placement).
- Video Production: Hands-on ability to plan, shoot, light, record, and edit short- and long-form videos.
- Project & Workflow Management: Ability to manage multiple timelines, files, and stakeholders with strong attention to detail.
- Feedback & Collaboration: Confidence to give and receive creative feedback, and align with marketers, designers, and social media teams.
- Analytical Thinking: Ability to interpret content performance data and recommend creative improvements.
- Innovation & Experimentation: Willingness to test new formats, trends, and tools (including AI) to keep content fresh and competitive.
Experience
- 35 years of experience in motion graphics design, video production, or creative content creation (agency or in-house).
- Proven experience producing social media videos, animated explainers, and corporate/product videos from concept to delivery.
- Experience creating digital display ads or programmatic creatives for Google Ads, Meta Ads, or e-commerce campaigns.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional marketing teams and adapting to multiple brand tones or campaign goals.
- Demonstrated ability to manage tight deadlines and multiple concurrent projects.
- Background in healthcare, FMCG, or e-commerce industries is an advantage.
