JOB PURPOSE

The Motion Graphic Designer supports the creation of visual content that elevates Triton's brand across social media, marketing campaigns, and live event coverage. This role is suited for a creatively driven designer with foundational experience in 2D and 3D animation, who is eager to grow in a fast-paced environment.

Working under the guidance of senior team members, the Motion Graphics Designer will contribute to motion assets, animation elements, and visual enhancements that support Triton's world-class poker productions. This role offers hands-on experience with projects seen globally and opportunities for creative growth. Occasional travel to tournaments locations may be required.

KEY RESPONSIBILITY

• Support in the creation of motion graphics, animated assets, and visual content for marketing, social media, and events.
• Collaborate with creative leads and editors to execute animations based on approved storyboards or briefs.
• Design overlays, transitions, lower-thirds, and animated elements that are brand-aligned.
• Adapt and optimized visuals for different platforms, including digital screens and social content.
• Maintain organized file structure and deliverables in required formats and resolutions.
• Participate in creative brainstorming and contribute fresh visual ideas.
• Stay updated on basic trends in motion graphics and animation software tools.
• Receive and apply feedback constructively to refine outputs.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• 3-5 years of experience as a Motion Graphics Designer, Animator, or relevant internships.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (especially After Effects, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro)
• Basic knowledge of 3D software such as Cinema 4D, Blender, or similar is a plus.
• Understanding of animation principles and motion design fundamentals.
• Experience preparing content for social platforms, digital screens, or video workflows.
• Strong visual sense, attention to detail, and willingness to learn and improve.
• Comfortable working under time constraints and responding to feedback quickly.
• Familiarity with Googles Docs, Slides, and Sheets is preferred.
• Diploma, Degree, or certification in Motion Graphics, Animation, Multimedia, or related field.
