We are seeking an experienced MS Dynamics 365 SCM Consultant - Techno Functional to join our team in Malaysia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supply chain management and extensive experience with MS Dynamics 365. This role involves working closely with clients to understand their business processes and provide tailored solutions to enhance their operations.

Responsibilities

• Gathering and analyzing business requirements for supply chain management processes.
• Configuring and customizing MS Dynamics 365 SCM modules to meet client needs.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver effective solutions.
• Providing technical support and troubleshooting for Dynamics 365 SCM issues.
• Conducting training sessions for end-users and stakeholders on the Dynamics 365 platform.
• Developing and maintaining documentation for system configurations and processes.

Skills and Qualifications

• 8-15 years of experience in MS Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management (SCM).
• Strong understanding of supply chain processes and best practices.
• Proficiency in configuring and customizing Dynamics 365 applications.
• Experience with data migration and integration tools related to Dynamics 365.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
• Knowledge of SQL and reporting tools used in Dynamics 365.
