Multimedia Design Intern

The Multimedia Design Intern is an integral part of our marketing team, responsible for providing support across various channels including print, digital, web, and video. Reporting directly to the Marketing Director, the intern will assist in developing and designing core BusinessSynergy graphics, logos, collateral event materials, and other creative tasks. Additionally, the intern will play a key role in updating and maintaining our WordPress-based website.

The Multimedia Design Intern's primary duties include but are not limited to:

• Prepare images to coincide with social and blog posts
• Assist with website and blog updates via WordPress
• Assist with collateral updates and version control
• Creation of various logos for products
• Creation and updates to various sales collateral
• Assist with video production (shooting, editing, etc)
• Other projects as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a diploma/degree in Multimedia Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• Proficiency in both MAC and PC environments.
• Ability to collaborate with the design team to create graphics, illustrations, and layouts.
• Contribute creative ideas during brainstorming sessions.
• Proficient in industry-standard graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
• Skilled in image resizing, retouching, and optimization.
• Ensure brand consistency across all design work.
• Incorporate feedback from team members to improve design skills.
• Support ongoing projects with various design-related tasks.
• Adhere to company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements.
