As we expand across Malaysia and the region, we're looking for a creative, passionate and execution-driven Multimedia Designer & Content Creator to join our growing team. You'll play a key role in bringing the PopoMama brand to life through engaging visuals, photography, videos and digital content across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities
- Design engaging marketing materials for digital platforms, including social media, websites, e-commerce, advertisements, EDMs and promotional campaigns.
- Create visual content including graphics, infographics, illustrations and product visuals that are consistent with PopoMama's brand identity.
- Plan and produce photography and videography for products, campaigns, events and behind-the-scenes content.
- Edit short-form videos for social media, advertisements, product launches and marketing campaigns.
- Support the creation of content for websites, blogs, product pages and social media platforms.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and campaign assets.
- Maintain and organise the company's digital asset library, including photos, videos and design files.
- Ensure creative outputs are delivered on time and aligned with brand guidelines.
- Perform other multimedia, creative and marketing-related duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Multimedia Design, Graphic Design, Creative Multimedia, Visual Communication or a related discipline.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Candidates with 1–3 years of relevant working experience will have an added advantage.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator and Premiere Pro or equivalent creative software).
- Experience in photography, videography and short-form video editing is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of motion graphics or animation is an added advantage.
- Tech-savvy, resourceful and quick to learn and adopt new creative, AI and productivity tools to improve content creation, efficiency and creative execution.
- Strong sense of visual aesthetics, branding and storytelling.
- Creative, proactive and able to turn ideas into impactful visual content.
- Good organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Good written and spoken communication skills in English. Mandarin proficiency is an added advantage.

Working Details
Position: Multimedia Designer & Content Creator
Salary: RM3,000–RM5,000 + Allowances (commensurate with qualifications and experience)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Location: Petaling Jaya, Selangor
Working Days: Monday – Friday
