Position Overview
We are looking for a proactive and creative individual to join Zeneration as a Multimedia Designer Executive. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys content creation, multimedia production, and supporting company events. You will be involved in designing materials, managing social media updates, and assisting with event operations to ensure smooth and successful execution.
Key Responsibilities
Creative & Content
- Create engaging graphics for social media, marketing campaigns, websites, and presentation slides for meetings and workshops.
- Design posters, banners, brochures, and other promotional materials.
- Develop visual concepts and ensure brand consistency across all creative outputs.
- Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to translate ideas into impactful designs.
- Assist in creating layouts for slides, reports, and internal documents.
- Edit videos for promotional content, social media, and event recaps.
- Support social media posting and content updates across multiple platforms.
- Edit and enhance photos or other visual assets.
- Contribute creative ideas for branding, campaigns, and marketing strategies.
- Manage and organize design files, media assets, and project folders.
Event Support
- Assist in planning and executing company events, workshops, and training sessions.
- Set up and manage sound systems, audio-visual equipment, and other event technical requirements.
- Provide on-site operational and technical support during events.
Operations & Coordination
- Update and maintain content calendars, schedules, and documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure all creative and event-related needs are met.
- Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the management team.
Requirements
- Basic skills in design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, or equivalent).
- Familiarity with video editing software (advantage but not required).
- Able to handle sound system/AV setup (training provided).
- Good communication skills, responsible, and willing to learn.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fresh graduates and final-year interns are encouraged to apply.
- Portfolio or design samples are required (attach your previous work or share a link).

- Job Type: Full-time / Internship (in final year)
- Working Hours: Monday–Friday (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
- Location: Damansara Intan, Petaling Jaya
- Start Date: Immediately / Flexible
