Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Design and produce visual assets such as graphics, illustrations, logos, and banners for online and offline marketing materials, including social media, websites, advertisements, newsletters, and printed collaterals (e.g. menus and pamphlets).
  • Ensure all designs are aligned with brand guidelines, visual consistency, and marketing objectives.
  • Edit and produce video content tailored for various platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and XiaoHongShu.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing and web design teams to manage multiple design projects and meet deadlines.

Qualifications

  • Proficient in graphic design, typography, and layout.
  • Able to craft unique, consistent, and impactful brand identities for clients.
  • Strong time management, communication, and teamwork skills.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of relevant graphic design experience (mid-level and senior preferred).
  • Experience in video editing and post-production is an advantage.
  • Bonus: Understanding of basic consumer psychology and the ability to translate client requirements into effective visual solutions.
  • Open to junior candidates with a strong portfolio.

Tools

  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) or equivalent design tools.
