Job description
Responsibilities:
- Experience working across all media and technologies, specifically online and offline designing (e.g. BTL,ATL,Print, etc), social media communication ads, display advertising, email blast and motion interactive visuals.
- Manage to work on both online and offline marketing material design including illustration, motion graphic, prints, social media and etc.
- Initiate and design complex and simple marketing plans based on client specifications
- Understanding how ideas translate into different types of media and the difference between a good idea and tactics.
- Ability to convert complex information into comprehensible solutions/visuals.
- Attend meetings to help clients understand the creative angle of each marketing programme
- Work with the executive team to implement marketing materials for the firm to help increase the firm's exposure
- Collaborate with design personnel to ensure that all creative ideas are presented properly
- Work with vendor to ensure the quality of the final outcome (e.g. printer, videographer, photographer, stylist, etc.)
Qualifications and Skills:
- Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Art/Design/Creative/Multimedia/Advertising/Marketing required (Preferred)
- Fresh Graduate/ min 1 year experience in Design/Marketing/Branding field
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Lightroom, After Effect, etc)
- Multimedia/Video Editing Skill is a plus
- Photography Skill is a plus
- Portfolio of previous work that displays an ability to turn an idea into a visual piece
- Strong communication and computer skills
- Strong problem solving skill
- Strong interpersonal skill
- Able to work within tight deadline
- Comprehensive knowledge of the marketing design process
