Description

We are seeking Mandarin-speaking candidates (who are able to read, write and speak well in Mandarin) to join our team in either Selangor or Kuala Lumpur.

Various clients are now hiring for quite number of roles for their organization. This role is ideal for individuals looking to start their careers in a dynamic environment where they can leverage their language skills and grow professionally.

Responsibilities

  • Communicate effectively in Mandarin and English with clients and team members.
  • Assist in customer inquiries and provide solutions promptly.
  • Maintain and update customer records in the database.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in training sessions to develop product knowledge and sales techniques.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Obtained at least minimum Diploma in any field
  • Fluent in Mandarin and English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
