We are seeking highly motivated Murex Datamart Reporting Consultant based in KL, Malaysia to join in a client-servicing role to drive one of our client's Murex projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather requirements, impact analysis, development and support for change requests, projects and new product development.
- Follow strictly to project processes.
- Manage SIT and UAT phases Facilitate with the production implementation.
- Analyze, design and configure database Regression analysis between source/target of large batches of reporting data for client upgrades.
- Create technical solutions within the Murex platform to fix regressions attributable to the upgrade and implementation process.
- Work in an agile environment and delivering timely and tailor made solutions.
Requirements:
- Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Financial Engineering, Business Analysis or relevant discipline.
- Min 1 years of Murex development experience in the financial industry, direct experience with treasury business is preferred.
- Fresh Grads are also very welcomed to apply.
- Good understanding of Murex Mx3.1 DataMart development and supporting projects is a great plus.
- Proficient in SQL language, preferably in Oracle environment with good knowledge of procedure, function, trigger, index .
- Strong skills with Unix system commands and shell/Perl script programming.
- Solid programming skill with Java (Apache Camel).
- Excellent communication skills, able to handle multiple projects, priorities and manage business expectations.
- Must be customer driven, have the ability to work within a team environment, and be focused on providing a high quality of service to the customer.
- Strong and demonstrable problem solving and analytical skills.
- Good command of spoken & written English.
