We are seeking highly-skilled Murex MxML Interface Consultant to work in a client-servicing role to drive one of our client's global system implementations.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the utilization of the Murex Methodology/ Model in the confirmation and matching of transactions, settlements and payments.
- Provide production support and participate in implementation projects in Murex Interface Streams.
- Develop expertise and participate in the build/ testing of Murex interface
- Development of MxML (Workflows, Exchange).
- XSL/ Transformation.
- Assist existing support group(s) in resolving integration related request or issues.
- Contribute to overall solutions as per project deliverables
- Ensures customer satisfaction and follow-up on the interfacing related activities.
- Work with the Murex system and its users to test the implementation, achieve sign-off
- (UAT), and continue to move the system toward go-live.
- Support clients with the development of their own internal project plan, including the
- identification of key setup and configuration tasks, scope considerations, timeline and
- scheduling, as well as resource requirements.
- Responsible for training users on basic use of the system, new functionality, etc.
- Assist in system integration, data migration and implementation.
Profile:
- Master's or Bachelor's Degree, preferably from Financial Engineering, Business Analytics, or Computer Science or related discipline.
- Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience on workflow configuration/ development in Murex to manage trade validation, confirmation and events including MxML Exchange, trade flows, confirmation generation, payment flows.
- Working experience on XML and XSLT.
- Proficient with Shell scripts, SQL, and programming with Java.
- Previous experience developing interfaces with external system inbound/outbound Murex.
- Hands-on business understanding, able to provide technical analysis and solutions for business issues, improvements and technical requirements.
- Good teamwork and communication skills to work closely with various teams.
