The Role

We are seeking an experienced Murex Test Lead to take ownership of end-to-end testing activities across Murex MX.3 modules within a dynamic finance sector environment. If you have a strong background in treasury and capital markets testing and thrive in a collaborative, high-impact setting, this is your opportunity to lead critical testing initiatives.

What You'll Do

• Lead Murex testing activities across SIT, UAT, regression, integration, and production verification testing

• Prepare and manage test strategy, test plans, test scenarios, test cases, test scripts, and test data

• Validate end-to-end trade lifecycle covering trade capture, pricing, risk calculation, settlement, accounting, and reporting

• Coordinate testing across Murex modules including Front Office, Back Office, Market Risk, Accounting, Settlement, and Confirmations

• Manage defect tracking, retesting, daily reporting, and sign-off activities with clear evidence and business impact documentation

• Liaise with business users, functional consultants, developers, vendors, and downstream system teams

• Provide test summary reports, execution dashboards, and go-live readiness updates

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 5–8 years of experience with strong hands-on Murex MX.3 testing expertise

• Solid understanding of treasury and capital market products including FX, Fixed Income, Derivatives, Swaps, and Repos

• Proven experience in SIT, UAT, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing

• Hands-on experience in test case preparation, defect logging, and test reporting

• Familiarity with testing tools such as JIRA, HP ALM, or Confluence

• Good understanding of SWIFT messages, GL posting, settlement flows, and downstream system integration

• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
