1 Development Enhancements

Design develop and enhance Javabased QR services including QR code generation decoding validation and transaction processing

Implement new features and upgrade existing QR workflows to support evolving business requirements eg payments authentication onboarding eKYC etc

Build and optimize RESTful APIs used by mobileweb applications consuming QR functionalities

Work with Spring Spring Boot to create scalable microservices

2 System Architecture Design

Participate in defining system architecture for new QR features

Ensure all solutions are aligned with enterprise architecture guidelines

Provide recommendations for improving existing QR service performance reliability and scalability

3 Quality Performance

Perform code reviews and ensure coding standards are maintained

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to QR transactions response delays or integration failures

Conduct performance tuning for services with high QRbased transaction volumes

4 Collaboration Documentation

Work with Product Owners Business Analysts and QA teams to understand requirements

Prepare technical design documents sequence diagrams and API specifications

Support testing cycles Unit SIT UAT and provide timely defect resolutions

Technical Skills

Strong proficiency in Core Java Java 8 ObjectOriented Programming

Handson experience with Spring Spring Boot frameworks

Experience developing REST APIs and microservices

Knowledge of QR code technologies

o QR code generation libraries

o ZXing other QR frameworks

o Encodingdecoding formats

Strong database experience SQLPLSQL Oracle MySQL PostgreSQL

Experience with message queues Kafka MQ RabbitMQ is a plus

Good understanding of JSON XML API security JWT OAuth2

Familiarity with CICD pipelines Jenkins Git Maven

Soft Skills

Strong problemsolving and analytical abilities

Ability to lead development activities and guide junior developers

Excellent communication and stakeholder interaction skills

Ability to work in an AgileScrum environment
