What would you do

Fraud Strategy & Risk Oversight

Analyze fraud trends across products, channels, and customer segments to identify emerging risks.

Develop and refine fraud prevention strategies aligned with business goals and risk appetite.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess fraud impact and recommend strategic countermeasures.

Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of fraud controls and propose enhancements.

Risk Engine & Business Analysis

Translate fraud strategy into actionable risk engine requirements and decisioning logic.

Work with data science, product, and tech teams to implement and optimize fraud rules.

Conduct impact analysis and scenario testing to validate rule performance.

Support UAT and post-deployment reviews for risk engine changes.

Stakeholder Engagement & Reporting

Present fraud insights and strategic recommendations to senior management.

Act as a bridge between fraud strategy, operations, and technology teams.

Build dashboards and reports to track fraud KPIs and strategy outcomes.

Who should join us

Bachelor's degree in Business, Risk Management, Data Analytics, or a related field.

3+ years of experience in fraud strategy, risk management, or business analysis.

Strong understanding of fraud typologies, risk engines, and decisioning systems.

Proficiency in data tools (e.g. SQL, Excel, Python) and BI platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
