Storage architecture, design and provisioning — end‑to‑end NAS solution design, sizing, capacity allocation and demand management to meet service SLAs.
Advanced troubleshooting & incident leadership — root‑cause analysis, major incident situation‑lead, escalations and remediation to restore availability and performance.
Automation and scripting — using automation to reduce turnaround, enforce standards, and integrate deployment/monitoring workflows.

CIFS / NFS protocol knowledge — core file‑protocol tuning, permissions and interoperability for application teams.
Backup technologies and integration — working knowledge of backup solutions and how they interact with NAS for retention and restore.
