Description
In partnership with a global food ingredients company, we are seeking a passionate and entrepreneurial National Sales Manager, based in Malaysia.
Responsibilities
Reporting to the Regional Category Lead, you will take ownership to drive sales in Malaysia, targeting industrial manufacturers and food service companies. This is an independent, high-impact role where you will be at the forefront of business building, identifying new opportunities, and establishing strong partnerships. You will manage end-to-end engagements, working closely with cross-functional teams such as R&D/Application, Supply Chain and Logistics to bring tailored solutions to customers.
Requirements
Ideally, you have a Bachelor's Degree in Food Science, Business or a relevant field with at least 12-15 years of experience in B2B food ingredients sales. You are a go-getter, proactive and thrive in building business from the ground up. Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation skills, and financial acumen are essential, alongside the willingness to travel across Malaysia to drive business growth.
