A .NET Developer in sectordesigns, develops, and maintains web/mobile applications and core insurance systems using C#, ASP.NET, MVC, and SQL Server. They focus on creating scalable, secure, and compliant solutions, integrating with Takaful core systems, and managing SDLC processes from development to deployment.
Key Responsibilities
- Application Development:Build, test, and maintain robust web and mobile applications using .NET technologies (C#, ASP.NET, MVC, .NET Core).
- System Integration:Integrate applications with Takaful/Insurance core systems, external interfaces, and API endpoints.
- Technical Support:Provide troubleshooting for production issues, including 24/7 standby support for critical system issues.
- Code Quality:Write clean, efficient code and participate in code reviews to ensure high performance and security standards.
- Documentation:Create and maintain documentation throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Technical Expertise:Strong proficiency in C#, .NET Framework, ASP.NET, MVC, and SQL Server.
- Experience:5+ years of relevant experience in software development, particularly within insurance or financial services.
- Tools:Experience with Visual Studio, API development, and front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
- Domain Knowledge:Familiarity with insurance or Takaful products and business processes is highly desirable.
