Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Leadership: Lead the design, development, and deployment of enterprise applications.
- Architecture: Oversee code quality, architecture reviews, and ensure DevOps best practices.
- Cloud & DevOps: Manage Azure cloud deployments and CI/CD pipelines.
- Mentorship: Foster a culture of innovation by mentoring junior developers.
- Stakeholder Management: Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
Technical Requirements
- Core Stack: Hands-on expertise in .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, and Angular.
- Data: Strong SQL Server design and optimization skills.
- Cloud: Experience with Azure Cloud Services (scaling, monitoring, deployment).
- Domain: Experience within the Insurance industry is highly preferred.
