Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in WP. Kuala Lumpur for a Network Development Manager. The individual in this position will be responsible for expanding and managing the dealer network, developing strategies for network coverage, ensuring dealer compliance with brand standards, and supporting the onboarding process for new dealerships. The role also includes conducting regular performance evaluations of existing dealers and providing guidance to ensure their growth and profitability.

Qualifications

• Experience and expertise in Dealer Network Management, Franchising, and Business Development.
• Proficiency in Market Analysis, Business Planning, and Strategy Development.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Familiarity with the automotive industry is highly advantageous.
• Proven ability to meet targets, manage multiple relationships, and lead network expansion initiatives.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and travel regularly within Malaysia.
