Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Assist in monitoring, maintaining, and supporting network infrastructure.
  • Troubleshoot basic network-related issues and escalate complex issues when required.
  • Work with senior engineers to configure and maintain network devices.
  • Perform routine network monitoring and health checks to ensure smooth network operations.
  • Support the implementation of network changes, upgrades, and maintenance activities.
  • Document technical issues, network configurations, and resolutions.
  • Follow established processes, technical standards, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the timely completion of assigned tasks.
  • Participate actively in project and support activities.
  • Continuously learn and enhance networking and technical skills.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Network Engineering, or a related IT discipline.
  • minimum one year experience in Network Engineer role
  • JLPT Level N3 certification mandatory.
  • Basic knowledge of networking concepts is preferred.
  • JLPT N3 proficiency are encouraged to apply.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
