Description
We are seeking an experienced Network Engineer to join our team in Southeast Asia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our network infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain network infrastructure to ensure high availability and performance.
- Troubleshoot network issues and provide solutions in a timely manner.
- Monitor network performance and conduct regular audits to optimize network resources.
- Collaborate with other IT teams to integrate systems and ensure seamless communication between networks.
- Document network configurations, processes, and procedures for future reference and compliance.
Skills and Qualifications
- 5-10 years of experience in network engineering or related field.
- Proficiency in network protocols such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and routing protocols (BGP, OSPF).
- Experience with network hardware including routers, switches, firewalls, and load balancers.
- Knowledge of network monitoring tools and troubleshooting techniques.
- Familiarity with network security practices and technologies, including VPNs and intrusion detection systems.
- CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent networking certification is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
