Job Description:

Identify potential new locations for business expansion (e.g. warehouses, retail shop lots)
Conduct site assessments on suitability, accessibility, cost, and compliance requirements
Source, evaluate, and negotiate property rentals, purchases, and lease renewals
Coordinate internal site approval proposals, including location analysis and financial justification
Liaise with landlords, agents, and legal teams on tenancy agreement and contractual matters
Ensure timely execution of lease documents and compliance with local authority regulations
Track and manage lease records including renewal timelines, handovers, and terminations
Coordinate with contractors and project teams during site renovations, fit-outs, and readiness inspections
Maintain updated property master list, floor plans, rental info, and cost tracking
Support other property-related tasks including repairs coordination, and facilities handover

Requirements:

Diploma/Degree in Property Management, Real Estate, Logistics, or related field
Minimum 2-5 years working experience in property, site expansion, renovation or leasing roles
Strong negotiation skills and knowledge of tenancy laws and local licensing requirements
Able to read and interpret floor plans and layout drawings
Excellent communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia
Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Maps
Willing to travel for site visits and relocation projects as needed
Able to work independently, manage multiple sites, and meet tight timelines
