Network Manager

We're looking for an experienced Network Manager to lead a team of Network Engineers while remaining hands-on in designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise network infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the Network Engineering team, driving technical excellence and operational performance.
• Design, implement, and maintain secure, highly available enterprise networks across corporate, production, and cloud environments.
• Manage LAN/WAN, routing, switching, firewalls, VPNs, SD-WAN, and network security solutions.
• Drive network modernization, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with Infrastructure, Cloud, Security, and Application teams on project delivery and operational support.
• Ensure network resilience, business continuity, compliance, and performance monitoring.

Requirements

• 5+ years of enterprise networking experience, with previous team leadership or management experience.
• Strong knowledge of network architecture, routing & switching, firewalls, VPN, SD-WAN, and cloud networking.
• Experience with enterprise networking technologies such as Cisco, Fortinet, Palo Alto, Juniper, or similar.
• Hands-on experience in network troubleshooting, high availability, and network design.
• CCNA required; CCNP, CCIE, or equivalent certifications are highly desirable.
