Network Support Engineer

NYGCI is seeking a full-time, on-site Network Support Engineer to join our team in Kuala Lumpur. The role entails administering and maintaining network systems, diagnosing and troubleshooting issues, implementing security measures, and providing technical support to ensure optimal performance and security of IT networks. The Network Support Engineer will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless connectivity and proactive system improvements.

• Expertise in Network Administration and Network Engineering, with a strong understanding of network infrastructure and protocols.
• Proficient in Technical Support and Troubleshooting to resolve network issues promptly and effectively.
• Knowledge of Network Security practices and tools to ensure robust protection of IT systems and data.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate in a team environment.
• Recognized certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent are a plus.
• Relevant experience in a similar network support or engineering role is preferred.
