A Day in the Life

As a responsible leader in MedTech industry we are sharpening our focus on differentiated technologies, especially Robotics and Capital Equipment to bring in more value to our patients and become the preferred choice to healthcare fraternity.

The position is suited for team members passionate about clinically promoting technologies with strong acumen of delivering appropriate technology to patients.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

  • Drive clinical conversations with stakeholders and facilitate establishing technological supremacy for our therapies (capital) in the Capital Business segment
  • Work in strong collaboration with Capital Business Sales Team members, Country business and Leadership teams to identify, develop and close out new leads.
  • Drive strong product promotion, facilitate demos, prepare compelling commercial proposals and stay abreast with market needs and changing dynamics of selling capital units.
  • Step in once the lead for Capital Equipment is identified and follow through till closure/commercial discussions initiation.
  • Develop and/or implement market development plans/strategies and changes as needed.
  • Intercept, comprehend and respond to competitive forces as appropriate brief the sales team about it
  • Meet, discuss and convince multiple stakeholders in the healthcare ecosystem on Capital Business.
  • Utilise SFDC as the only source of reporting and observation

Required Knowledge and Experience:


  • Bachelor's Degree with 6+ years experience/Associate Degree with 8+ years experience/High School Diploma (or equivalent) with 10+ years experience
  • Knowledge in complex technologies, within medical devices. Robotics/Imaging/Surgical preferred
  • Stakeholder management and relationship building experience
