We are partnering with a growing financial services firm that is expanding its operations team in Kuala Lumpur. They are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to support their consultants and sales team in managing end-to-end new business and policy operations.
About The Job
- Provide administrative and operational support for insurance-related applications and client onboarding
- Coordinate medical appointments, assist in documentation preparation, and ensure proper data entry
- Attend client appointments (e.g., medical exams) in support of consultants, when required
- Ensure all client documentation meets internal and insurer compliance requirements
- Submit applications to insurers and ensure accurate pipeline tracking and system updates
- Follow up closely on cases with underwriters and insurers to ensure timely completion
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (e.g., Sales Operations, Policy Servicing, Product Intelligence)
- Assist in preparing presentation materials and product comparisons for client meetings
- Support post-sales servicing matters and ongoing client engagement tasks
Requirements
- Degree in any discipline
- Minimum 12 years of experience in administration, customer service, or operations (insurance or banking preferred)
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
- Comfortable engaging with clients and internal teams at all levels
- Fluency in English is essential; additional language proficiency to support communication across regional offices would be added advantage
