Looking for who are data-driven and creative for New Buyer Acquisition strategy. In this role, you will be the engine of our customer growth. Responsible for bringing first-time buyers into our ecosystem. Responsible for funnel from awareness to first purchase, experimenting across channels to acquire high-quality customers efficiently and scalably.
Job Description
- New Buyer Growth Strategy: Develop and execute the roadmap for acquiring new customers. Define target audience segments, identify high-potential channels, and build integrated campaigns that drive first-time purchases.
- Budget Management & ROI Optimization: Leverage spend across paid (Meta, Google, TikTok) and organic channels to maximize CAC efficiency and LTV. Build forecasting models to project new buyer volume and ROI.
- Full-Funnel Experimentation: Design and lead acquisition experiments—from creative testing to landing page optimization. Partner with Data, Product and Budget teams to measure incrementality and scale what works, also to optimize the first-purchase experience and reduce friction in the new user journey.
- Market Intelligence & Opportunity Identification: Conduct deep-dive competitive research to uncover whitespace opportunities for new customer growth. Stay ahead of platform trends, cultural moments, and emerging channels to keep our acquisition strategy cutting-edge.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required, Marketing / Consumer Brand Acquisition / Marketing User Growth / Growth Product Manager / Business Operations
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity and drive results in a fast-paced, cross-functional setting.
