Job Description

We are hiring for permanent positions on New Graduate ACE, a structured rotating program tailored for NCGs to develop their leadership and functional exposures towards enhancing succession pipeline for ATKL in the next 3 to 5 years.

Seeking for:

  • Fresh Graduates or with not more than 2 years work experience
  • Bachelor's Degree with minimum CGPA 3.0, majoring in Engineering field
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication
  • Active involvement in extra Co-curricular activities
  • Strong leadership skills and confident
  • Ability to work well independently and in a team
  • Strong interest in Semiconductor manufacturing
