Position: New Product Development Engineer (Medical Plastic Molding)

Work Location: Ulu Tiram, Johor Bahru, Johor

Working Hours: Mon–Fri, 8:30AM–6:15PM

Salary Package: RM5,500-7,500 (depends on experience)

Responsibilities:

● Manage injection molding processes and mold maintenance in a Class 100,000 cleanroom.

● Lead process validation activities (IQ/OQ/PQ) and ensure compliance with ISO 13485 and ISO 14644.

● Drive VA/VE initiatives to improve cycle time, material usage, and productivity.

● Support new product development and process improvement activities.

● Troubleshoot molding and process issues and implement improvements.

Requirements:

● Degree/Diploma in Mechanical, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.

● Experience in medical device manufacturing or high-precision injection molding.

● Good knowledge of ISO 13485 and cleanroom manufacturing protocols.

● Experience in injection molding process and mold maintenance.

● Good problem-solving and communication skills.
