What We Expect
- Minimum 2 to 5 years of proven sales experience, ideally within the elevator/lifting equipment industry
- Strong technical knowledge and the ability to understand complex products and services
- Excellent communication, negotiation and customer service skills
- A track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- A positive, resilient and self-motivated approach
Who we are looking for
- Actively prospect and identify opportunities, manage the full sales cycle (prospecting to closing)
- Manage existing client relationships and secure repeat business
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and/or tender materials to potential customers
- Advise clients on best lift solutions/ products, ensuring compliance with safety/building codes.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales within agreed parameters
- Collaborate with the engineering and operations teams to ensure seamless project delivery
- Liaise with factory for pricing, ordering and shipping
- Contribute to the development of sales strategies and forecasting
