Role Description

This is an on-site, temporary role for a Nurse Navigator located in Seremban. The Nurse Navigator will play a crucial role in coordinating personalized care for cancer patients, guiding them through the healthcare system, providing education and emotional support, and ensuring timely access to necessary resources and treatments. The individual will work closely with healthcare providers, researchers, and patients to facilitate communication, track care plans, and improve patient outcomes in a compassionate manner.

Qualifications

• Strong clinical knowledge and skills, including nursing care and patient counseling
• Competence in patient care coordination and healthcare system navigation
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport
• Organizational and time management skills to manage multiple patient cases simultaneously
• Proficiency in medical documentation and patient record management
• Experience in oncology nursing or working with cancer patients is a plus
• Registered Nurse qualification with a valid practicing license
• Commitment to patient-centered care and a compassionate disposition
