Purpose of the role

The O2C Manager plays a key role in overseeing the end-to-end Order-to-Cash process, ensuring timely and accurate billing and collections. This role requires strong leadership, analytical thinking, and a customer-centric approach to drive process improvements and maintain high levels of service quality. The O2C Manager collaborates closely with internal teams and external clients to ensure compliance with contractual and financial requirements.

Job Description:

Lead and manage the O2C - Billing team (40+ employees), ensuring efficient execution of billing processes

Monitor and improve key O2C KPIs such as DSO, billing accuracy

Ensure timely invoicing and resolution of billing disputes in collaboration with internal stakeholders

Drive continuous improvement initiatives and automation within the O2C cycle

Collaborate with finance, sales, and legal teams to ensure alignment on customer contracts and revenue recognition

Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting standards, and audit requirements

Support ERP system migrations

Strong leadership and team management skills

Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

Analytical mindset with a focus on process optimization

Proficiency in ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics)

Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with reporting tools

Strong understanding of financial processes and controls

Job Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of management experience in O2C or related finance functions

Proven track record in managing teams and driving process improvements

Experience in working with international clients and cross-functional teams

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field

Experience in shared services or BPO environment is a plus
