Job Description
- Oversee and manage all aspects of the O2C process
- Credit management responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Manage and resolve any O2C related issues
- Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations
- Analyze O2C data to identify trends and improvement opportunities
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes
- Provide leadership and guidance to the O2C team
- Prepare and present O2C reports to senior management
The Successful Applicant
A Successful O2C Manager Should Have
- A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field
- Proven experience in a similar role within the Shared Services sector
- Strong knowledge of O2C processes and more importantly, Credit Management is a MUST HAVE
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
