Key Responsibilities:
Assist customers in building, deploying, operating, and optimizing complex enterprise environments.
Conduct standard product workshops and training sessions.
Lead in-depth product reviews and whiteboard (chalk talk) sessions.
Perform health checks and assessments.
Conduct post-operational reviews of product implementations.
Assess product upgrades and migrations.
Review systems performance.
Ensure M365 Copilot readiness.
Act as the primary technical contact, providing customer visibility, advanced technical support, and problem resolution for corporate customers, including issues raised to the highest levels of management.
