Job Purpose:

You will be responsible for supporting the coordination, implementation, monitoring, and continuous improvement of the company's occupational safety and health (OSH) practices. The role ensures compliance with applicable safety regulations, promotes a strong safety culture, and helps maintain a safe and healthy working environment. You will work closely with the OSH Coordinators and support management timely updates, accurate records and other initiatives.

What we are looking for:
· Support the Head, Group Sustainability, Safety and Health in coordinating OSH programmes, and follow-up actions across the organization.
· Work closely with the OSH Coordinators to collect updates, monitor progress, consolidate information, and ensure agreed safety actions are completed on time.
· Assist OSH Coordinators with safety awareness activities.
· Maintain and update OSH documentation, including policies and procedural documentation, inspection records, incident reports, corrective action trackers, and others.
· Support accident, incident, near-miss, and unsafe condition follow-ups by coordinating documentation, gathering information, tracking corrective actions, and preparing summary reports.
· Prepare OSH performance updates, dashboards, meeting materials, minutes, and reports for review by the Head, Group Sustainability, Safety and Health.
· Coordinate with internal departments and OSH Coordinators across the Group, and external parties to obtain OSH-related information and support implementation of OSH requirements.
· Assist in ensuring compliance with applicable occupational safety and health laws, regulations, standards, and internal procedures.
· Support the development and distribution of safety communication materials, alerts, reminders, and awareness content.
· Monitor recurring issues, gaps, and trends raised by OSH Coordinators and escalate matters requiring management attention.
· Help promote employee participation in OSH initiatives.
· Provide general administrative and coordination support for OSH meetings, audits, inspections, training sessions, and improvement projects.
Requirements:
· Knowledge of applicable OSH legislation, workplace safety standards, risk assessment methods, and incident investigation practices.
· Professional safety certification or registration, where applicable, will be an added advantage.
· Experience or exposure to AI-enabled tools, automation features, digital reporting platforms, or data analytics tools to support OSH reporting, documentation, trend analysis, and follow-up tracking will be an added advantage.
· Ability to use data analysis to identify OSH trends, recurring issues, gaps, and improvement opportunities from inspection findings, incident records, corrective action trackers, and coordinator updates.
· Capability in supporting OSH digitisation initiatives, including maintaining digital records, improving trackers, streamlining reporting processes, and supporting adoption of safety management systems.
